Our Mission

To enhance the veteran career transition to civilian life and work — through mentorship, career coaching, camaraderie and support

Our Vision

To provide an exceptional veteran career transition experience to veterans within the state of Ohio through an individualized and local approach

The Problem

OWP addresses this problem through veteran mentoring/career development services to enhance the lives of those that served our country
